AUSTIN, Texas, November 7, 2005 - Factory Logic, the leading provider of Lean solutions that meet the needs of the Customer Demand-Driven Factory, today announced that it has been selected as a finalist for a 2006 Automotive News Magazine’s PACE™ (Premier Automotive Suppliers’ Contributions to Excellence) Award. The coveted PACE Award honors superior innovation through technological advancement and business performance among automotive suppliers. Now in its twelfth year, the internationally recognized PACE Award honors automotive suppliers who have embraced innovation or adapted and reinvented themselves to meet the demands of the original equipment manufacturers (OEM). Factory Logic’s PACE Award submission showcases one of its prominent customers, a multi-tier automotive supplier that develops, manufactures, and sells seating systems, instrument panels, and other interior technologies to all major OEMs. As a leading supplier, this customer was an early adopter of Factory Logic’s Lean Operations Suite and today, with over 15 plants operational in the U.S. and Mexico and a rollout paced at one to two new plants per month, is a showcase enterprise for Factory Logic.
