Allan Wilson, CEO

As CEO of Factory Logic, Allan Wilson is responsible for the management and strategic direction of the company. Mr. Wilson leads Factory Logic's mission to provide customers with feature-rich applications and expert guidance to support success with lean production.

Mr. Wilson began his career in Europe where he held positions in manufacturing and industrial engineering management with Massey Ferguson, Uniroyal and The Trane Company. In 1981 he accepted a position with the Triton Group where he lead the deployment of an integrated manufacturing and supply chain infrastructure across multiple companies. The infrastructure supported all Triton companies that were engaged in the manufacture and distribution of electronic connectors to commercial and military markets worldwide.

In 1982 Mr. Wilson joined Western Data Systems (WDS), a small emerging software company specializing in the ERP market. He built the company's sales and marketing presence to become the leading provider of integrated business solutions in the Aerospace and Defense industry. In the mid-nineties, Mr. Wilson lead the company's foray into the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul market, ultimately winning the contract to equip US Naval Air (Navair) bases in North America with integrated repair and overhaul systems.

In 1999 Mr. Wilson became President of Advisian, a division of Western Data Systems specializing in e-procurement solutions. Mr. Wilson presided over Advisian until 2002 when WDS was purchased by Manugistics.

Mr. Wilson holds a Degree in Engineering from the University of Glasgow, Stow College of Engineering and a Masters in Business also from Glasgow University.

Sami Cassis, Vice President of Product Strategy

Mr. Cassis brings to Factory Logic more than 20 years experience as one of the supply-chain industry's leading visionaries in product and marketing strategies. In 2000, he helped establish Exemplary Software as a key provider of inter-enterprise collaborative systems and held the position of Vice President of Product Strategy. Prior to Exemplary, Mr. Cassis worked for Baan as Vice President of Product and Industry Marketing for their supply-chain planning and execution systems expanding its functional footprint into a complete supply-chain product offering. Mr. Cassis joined BAAN after they had acquired Berclain USA, a company that he had co-founded in 1992 that was a major provider of Planning and Scheduling systems. Prior to Berclain, Mr. Cassis had experience with Hewlett Packard where he managed Hewlett-Packard's Enterprise Software partners and alliance program in Canada.

Mr. Cassis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering and a Masters of Science degree in Computer Communication from Cairo University in Egypt.

Aamer Rehman, Vice President of Professional Services

As Vice President of Professional Services, Aamer Rehman is responsible for Factory Logic’s presales, strategic and implementation services.

Mr. Rehman comes to Factory Logic with over sixteen years of manufacturing and supply chain consulting experience. Prior to joining Factory Logic, Mr. Rehman held senior management roles in consulting, industry marketing and solution management at i2 Technologies. Mr. Rehman has multiple years of direct experience in designing and implementing end-to-end intelligent supply chain management and scheduling solutions and led large-scale supply chain & technology transformation programs at some of the Fortune 500 companies. He contributed significantly to i2's success in the automotive and industrial sector. Prior to joining i2, Mr. Rehman worked at Ingersoll International and Procter & Gamble in various manufacturing and supply chain management positions.

He holds double Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.

Tim Nichol, Vice President of Engineering

As Vice President of Engineering, Tim Nichol drives technology direction for Factory Logic and leads all product development, quality assurance and support. Mr. Nichol brings to Factory Logic a proven track record for delivering high-quality technical solutions, coupled with 20 years experience in leading product development teams for enterprise software companies.

Prior to his role at Factory Logic, Mr. Nichol worked for Journee Software, leading all technical functions of the business, including Product Development, Professional Services, Information Delivery, IT, Product Support and Pre-Sales Technical Engineering. He was at Tivoli Systems (an IBM company) for five years, during a period of aggressive growth. During this time, Tim grew a seven-person team to over three hundred engineers across five development sites. Before joining Tivoli, Mr. Nichol was a Senior Technical Manager at UniSQL, managing Software Development and Software Quality Assurance groups. Here his emphasis was on software process improvement and automated cross-platform, client/server testing. Prior to UniSQL, he was Manager of Quality Assurance at Information Builders, where he established a software development methodology and project management process, built comprehensive automated test systems, and led a multi-divisional team towards ISO 9000 registration. Mr. Nichol's additional experience includes developing decision support software, and developing graphical database management systems.

He holds a BS in Computer Science from Pace University in Pleasantville, New York.

Dan Brummer, Vice President of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Dan Brummer has responsibility for Factory Logic’s key strategic direction relating to key business relationships including alliances, channels, industry analysts and M&A activities.

Mr. Brummer comes to Factory Logic with over twenty years of direct sales, sales management and channels experience in the enterprise software market. Prior to joining Factory Logic, Mr. Brummer held senior executive roles in sales management, alliance and channels with i2 Technologies. Mr. Brummer’s involvement helped the company to grow to over $1B in revenue creating a strategic partner ecosystem for the company. Prior to i2 Mr. Brummer held various sales management roles with Indus International, Trilogy, and Bankers Systems.

Mr. Brummer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Management from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN.
