Factory Logic – Setting the Pace in Lean Operations

Factory Logic is dedicated to helping manufacturers accelerate and sustain their transformation to lean, demand-driven organizations. Our focus is on delivery and deployment of innovative solutions that fill the gaps between enterprise level information systems and shop floor ‘visual factory’ methods.

Lean Manufacturing Operations Shingo

Our solutions are built around key concepts pioneered in the Toyota Production System (TPS), and designed to help make lean production and demand-driven supply networks a reality for a wider range of manufacturers. Our Factory Logic™ Lean Operations Suite has been developed to address two of the most critical requirements for success with lean manufacturing - production leveling at pacemaker operations and stable synchronization of upstream supply chain operations.

Our Passion – Technology that Empowers People

One of the fundamental concepts of TPS is to provide autonomy and empowerment to the people actually performing value-added work. Our solutions are built from the ground up around that important concept, while also being designed to effectively support and coordinate work groups across entire factories and supply chains.

It’s this passion for applying technology in a way that truly adds value to lean organizations that led to Factory Logic winning the Shingo Prize for Excellence in Manufacturing in 2001.

Who We Are

Founded in Austin, Texas in 1998, Factory Logic is the first company to team lean manufacturing specialists with experienced software professionals to develop standard software products built around the principles of lean production. Through the deployment of our solutions and the guidance of experienced consultants, we are helping a growing number of leading companies in the automotive, electronics, industrial equipment and aerospace industries move to the next level of performance on their Journey to Lean.
